We currently have production positions available in our Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi (TMMMS) facility, located in Blue Springs, MS. Team Members who work in Production are required to perform physically demanding manufacturing work duties that include:

• standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
• performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
• moderate lifting up of 20 pounds unassisted
• safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
• work with small vehicle components

Team Members work in a diverse team toward a common goal. Team Members are required to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Participation in problem solving activities to continuously improve safety, quality and productivity are required from all Team Members.

Team Members are required to work rotating shifts. Rotating shifts are defined as working two weeks of day shift followed by two weeks of night shift.

Team Members are required to support daily overtime and some weekends. Work schedules, including shift changes, are subject to change by management at any time.
